No More Cigarettes! Quit Smoking This Minute With These Proven Tips

It is easy to say that you want to stop smoking but it is definitely hard to accomplish. Most efforts to stop smoking fail. That is why you should do a bit of research and use tips like the ones in this article to help you in your quest to becoming a non-smoker.

Many smokers have certain triggers that create the sudden need for a cigarette, such as feeling stressed, ending a meal, or being at a certain location. When you are trying to quit, avoid these triggers if you can. If you can’t avoid them, come up with some way to distract yourself from the need to smoke.

Put the cash you would have spent on smoking in a jar and watch it add up! When you’ve reached a good amount of cash, treat yourself to something nice. Seeing all of that money pile up might just help you to realize how much you were wasting on cigarettes. Being able to treat yourself to something special will become it’s own motivator too.

Brush your teeth after meals! The craving for a smoke after eating is one of the hardest ones to give up for many people. Carry a travel toothbrush and toothpaste with you everywhere. If you immediately go brush your teeth after a meal, you will be less likely to have a cigarette. Make sure it is a minty toothpaste so that you will not want to cover that fresh taste with a smoke.

Kill your nicotine addiction before you quit smoking. Talk to your doctor about any possible medicines they can prescribe that can make nicotine powerless over you. After you are on one for a while, you will find smoking having no effect on your mood. You will just stop because it does not do anything for you anymore.

If you want to quit smoking, don’t do it. Quitting smoking are two words that imply losing something, making it a grieving process. Instead, psychologically embrace tobacco freedom. Don’t think about how you would make anyone else happy, but what would make you happy if you were free from cigarettes. What could you do with that money and time?

  1. let it absorb alteast 12 hour and then try it. quantity should be like in between 0.8 ml to 1,4 ml depend on your capacity

  2. Here's an answer from an e-cig user: I six months ago as a pack a day smoker… using my e-cig and dropped down to 4-6 smokes a day. A month ago, I woke and said no more tobacco. Cheated once and ended up on the floor with hot flashes and dizzy spells. I smoke my e-cig exclusively.

What I might suggest for you is that you allow your husband to continue with his tobacco and use the e-cig in conjunction. He will eventually cut down his tobacco to a point where he either quits it completely or he has cut down enough that even you are happy with his accomplishment. Let him keep the mindset that he is a smoker, he quitting, he is looking for an alternative to what we all know is a bad and unsafe habit. It worked for me.

It has worked great for me and my husband, who used to smoke a pack and a half, has cut down to only 8 trips outside (this in the past few weeks). You will both be pleasantly surprised.

I write a lot on my blog about this so if you want information, please feel free to follow my link below. There are tricks and tips and links to and lab etc.

  3. fraud, pure and simple. illegal because of industrial uses. It can be made into so many products and so easily and economically and safely and ecologically safe, that companies and government are worried about the loss of monopoly on , lumber, plastics, oil, cigarettes, alcohol, paper, cloth(synthetic and cotton etc.) etc. etc.
No reputable source or has ever linked it with a death, or any other major harm. only negative effects are a tired feeling and some term loss of memory; as in," dude where are my keys".

  4. It's a gimmick. Just have him stop cold turkey. My husband smoked 2 packs a day for over 20 years, and he quit cold turkey. No problems.
All it really takes is the WILL to quit. And a little willpower.
    Good luck to him! :)

  5. Hi! I saw your former question. I want to reiterate:
tried just about everything as well and nothing helped but ecigs because it feels like an actual cigarette. There is no harm giving it a shot; it will save you a tremendous amount of money in the long run as well so the initial investment is it. Save up enough money to afford a high quality cigarette that break down in a week! Both of the cigarette options on my site I think may be suitable for your budget according to the current exchange rates. GL on your road to ridding yourself of tobacco! It can be the most difficult thing in the world! I know, trust me!

  6. You should have him try electronic cigarettes. No odor or bad smokers breath or smell and is a lot cheaper that smoking regular cigarettes and has non of the carcinogens that are in tobacco. been using them for 4 weeks and the only way I have been able to get rid of tobacco. I have tried several and Green Smoke is by far the best.

  7. Nicotine is a deadly poison. I am aware that smoke in the lungs is bad, but this is not necessarily the best cure for smoking. The FDA probably needs to study it. I agree that it be worse than cigarettes, but it is not really good either.

  8. They are a substitute cig – but not just for quitting smoking. They are a smoking alternative and just because YOU are bothered by them they may be helping other people get off of tobacco. Would Chantix ads bother you? Even if they are causing some people to commit suicide? Would Nicorette ads bother you too?

Get an ad blocker and quit being a rabid "ex" smoker!

  9. I would recommend buying this as a gift for anyone – let that person buy his/her own.

If you are thinking about it for yourself, an idiot.

  10. I would say just try to quit first. Smoking is one of the unhealthful things anyone can do. The electronic will give a nicotene3 fix without all the harmful stuff. But the most choice would be to quit smoking period.

  11. Green smoke offers 24mg and i did smoke. quit rite away with green smoke. they have 30 day money back, no questions asked!
